Yes, we require a card on file for scheduling. This ensures that sessions are reserved and allows us to process no-show or late cancellation fees when applicable.

All of our services are 1:1 to ensure individualized care. Small group opportunities may be offered in the future.

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee, as sessions are reserved exclusively for your child.

Yes. We’re happy to collaborate with other therapists, school teams, and professionals to ensure cohesive and holistic support across all environments.

Yes. Your child works with the same therapist or tutor each session to ensure continuity, deeper understanding, and trust-building.

Speech, Occupational, and Tutoring services are currently offered in person at our Odessa, FL center to ensure hands-on, connected support. Music Therapy services are offered in-home and at our facility.
