Neurologic Music Therapy®️ Fitness Groups
Reliable movement is foundational to many of the skills we use every day: speech, gestural communication, task completion, sequencing ideas, socialization… (and on and on and on)! This is the focus of the Neurologic Music Therapy Fitness Groups by REConnections DIR Center and Tribe Fitness, offered four times per month to individuals ages 13 and up.
Participants engage in exercises designed by a Neurologic Music Therapy®-trained music therapist to improve sensorimotor coordination and cognitive-motor skills in an encouraging environment.

Holiday Music Therapy Group
Common interests build relationships! That's why our Holiday Music Therapy Groups use the shared love for the holidays to bring every child closer to their social-emotional goals! Participants will experience their favorite holiday hits in a new way as they play, dance, and sing with their peers. Our Board-Certified and DIR Certified Music Therapists will tailor the group environment to the sensory and motor differences of the group and craft experiences that build communication, attention, shared problem solving, and logical thinking skills. DIRFloortime strategies will be implemented so that every child will have the opportunity to connect with their peers through common interests and fun music making, no matter their previous music experience.

Executive Function Lab
Our Executive Function Lab is an 6 week occupational therapy group that helps children develop the executive functioning skills needed for success at home, school, and in the community. Rather than completing worksheets, children learn through collaborative projects, games, and real-world challenges that require planning, organization, problem-solving, and flexible thinking. Hands-on activities in combination with peer collaboration and professional programming creates an empowering environment that produces therapeutic outcomes.
