REConnections DIR Center is a therapy and learning center dedicated to supporting neurodivergent children and their families through a developmental, relationship-based approach. Our services include 1:1 occupational therapy, speech therapy, and DIR®-based tutoring.

What We Look For

Skills & Qualifications

All employees must have a clean Level 2 background check. We also prefer candidates with relevant pediatric experience.

  • Certified Teachers / Tutors: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) or 3+ years relevant experience

  • Speech & Occupational Therapists (SLP, OTR): Required licensure

  • Assistants (SLPA, OTA): Required certification/licensure

Compensation

  • Certified Teachers / Tutors: $35+/hour

  • Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP): $45+/hour

  • Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA): $35+/hour

  • Occupational Therapist (OTR): $45+/hour

  • Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA): $35+/hour
